Stat. tit. 70, § 70-11-103.14","heading":"Health Education Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Education to be designated the \"Health\n\nEducation Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the State Department of Education from appropriations,\n\ngifts, donations and bequests. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nthe State Department of Education for the purpose set forth in this\n\nact.
