A school district may offer to students in grades eleven and\n\ntwelve an elective course in law enforcement.\n\nB. The law enforcement elective course shall include, at a\n\nminimum:\n\n1. A general introduction to law enforcement training;\n\n2. Critical skills and entry requirements for law enforcement\n\nprofessionals; and\n\n3. Career opportunities in law enforcement.\n\nC. The State Board of Education may coordinate with the Council\n\non Law Enforcement Education and Training to develop instructional\n\nmaterials and curricula for school districts to use in the law\n\nenforcement elective course.
