Stat. tit. 70, § 70-11-103.2","heading":"Academic scholar program","body":"The State Board of Education shall have authority to develop and\n\nimplement a program for the purpose of recognizing academic scholars\n\nin the secondary schools of the state. The State Board of Education\n\nshall determine the requirements which are necessary for a student\n\nto attain academic scholar status. The requirements shall include\n\nbut not be limited to the minimum graduation requirements set by the\n\nState Board of Education.
