Stat. tit. 70, § 70-11-103.6h-1","heading":"Personal Financial Literacy Education Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Education to be designated the \"Personal\n\nFinancial Literacy Education Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies directed to be deposited in the fund pursuant\n\nto Section 3-211 of Title 14A of the Oklahoma Statutes and any other\n\nmonies received by the Department for such purpose from any other\n\npublic or private source. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nDepartment for the purposes set forth in Section 11-103.6h of this\n\ntitle.
