Stat. tit. 70, § 70-11-105","heading":"Use of military equipment in school districts","body":"The governing board of each state educational institution and of\n\neach school district in the State of Oklahoma shall have authority\n\nto enter into contracts for the use of property and equipment for\n\nmilitary training purposes, and shall have authority to give, or\n\ncause to be given, bonds or other security as may be required by\n\nfederal law or regulations of the Secretary of the Army, Navy or Air\n\nForce, or other federal officer or agency, for the care and\n\nsafekeeping of such property and equipment, or for similar purposes;\n\nand shall also have authority to make reimbursement for such\n\nproperty and equipment.
