All instructional material, including but not limited to\n\nteacher manuals, films, tapes or other supplementary instructional\n\nmaterial in any format, used by a public school as part of the\n\neducational curriculum, shall be available for inspection by the\n\nparents or guardians of students enrolled in the school.\n\nB. Each school district shall develop and adopt policies\n\npertaining to the inspection of instructional materials in\n\nconsultation with parents and guardians. The policies shall include\n\nprocedures for granting a request by a parent or guardian for\n\nreasonable access to instructional material within a reasonable\n\nperiod of time after the request is received.\n\nC.
