Stat. tit. 70, § 70-11-107","heading":"Psychiatric or psychological examination, testing or","body":"treatment and eliciting of certain personal information prohibited\n\nwithout parental consent.\n\nWithout the prior written consent of the parent or guardian, no\n\nstudent who is an unemancipated minor shall be required, as part of\n\nany applicable program, to submit to psychiatric or psychological\n\nexamination, testing or treatment; nor may any teacher or staff\n\npersonnel without such consent elicit by written survey or written\n\nexamination from any student information of a personal or private\n\nnature concerning any of the following areas:\n\n1. Religious beliefs;\n\n2. Mental or psychological problems potentially embarrassing to\n\nthe student or his family;\n\n3. Sexual behavior and attitudes;\n\n4. Critical appraisals of other individuals with whom the\n\nstudent has a close family relationship;\n\n5.
