Stat. tit. 70, § 70-12-104","heading":"Local film library","body":"Any county or school district or educational institution\n\nsupported by tax funds may establish and maintain a local film\n\nlibrary and shall have authority to expend local funds for such\n\npurpose. Monies expended by any county or school district, or by\n\nany educational institution supported by tax funds, for the purchase\n\nof projection and audio materials approved by the State Board of\n\nEducation may be matched with state monies appropriated for such\n\npurpose, in amounts not to exceed the following: Any county, One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00); any school district or tax-supported\n\neducational institution employing one to fifty teachers, One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00); any school district or tax supported\n\neducational institution employing fifty-one to two hundred fifty\n\nteachers, Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00); and any school district\n\nor tax-supported educational institution employing more than two\n\nhundred fifty teachers, Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00).\n\nProvided, monies received by a school district under the provisions\n\nof this section shall not be considered as a part of its chargeable\n\nincome for state-aid purposes.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d5fb1a53aeeafc80db45285e45b00ccdadb1ef6be8744e373f0f4ab3871a5dcd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-12-103","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-12-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
