A board of education of a public school district or a\n\ntechnology center school district, the board of regents of an\n\ninstitution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education,\n\nthe governing board of a private postsecondary educational\n\ninstitution, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the\n\nState Board of Education or the State Board of Career and Technology\n\nEducation shall not:\n\n1. Require a vaccination against Coronavirus disease 2019\n\n(COVID-19) as a condition of admittance to or attendance of the\n\nschool or institution;\n\n2. Require a vaccine passport as a condition of admittance to\n\nor attendance of the school or institution; or\n\n3. Implement a mask mandate for students who have not been\n\nvaccinated against COVID-19.\n\nB. As used in this section, \"vaccine passport\" means\n\ndocumentation that an individual has been vaccinated against COVID-\n\n19.\n\nC.
