Each school district shall provide, with the permission of\n\nthe parent, to each school employee who is responsible for providing\n\ntransportation for a student with diabetes or supervising a student\n\nwith diabetes an information sheet that:\n\n1. Identifies the student who has diabetes;\n\n2. Identifies potential emergencies that may occur as a result\n\nof the diabetes of the student and the appropriate responses to\n\nemergencies; and\n\n3. Provides the telephone number of a contact person in case of\n\nan emergency involving the student with diabetes.\n\nB.
