Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.222","heading":"\"Drug\" defined","body":"As used in this act, the term \"drug\" means articles recognized\n\nin the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homeopathic\n\nPharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary,\n\nor any supplement to any of them; articles intended for use in the\n\ndiagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in\n\nman or other animals; articles, other than food, intended to affect\n\nthe structure or any function of the body of man or other animals;\n\nand articles intended for use as a component of any article\n\nspecified in this paragraph; but does not include devices or their\n\ncomponents, parts or accessories.
