Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.225","heading":"Implementation","body":"In administering this act, the State Board of Education and the\n\nState Department of Education shall be governed by the following:\n\n1. Implement in-service education programs for teachers,\n\nadministrators and other personnel. Special emphasis shall be\n\nplaced on methods and materials necessary for the effective teaching\n\nof drug abuse education. In-service teacher education materials\n\nwhich are based on individual performance and designed for use with\n\na minimum of supervision shall be developed and made available to\n\nall school districts which are participating in this program;\n\n2. Implement provisions of this act in the most expeditious\n\nmanner possible, commensurate with the availability of textbooks and\n\nmaterials, as well as the availability of teaching personnel; and\n\n3.
