Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.254","heading":"Administraction of act","body":"The State Department of Education may administer the\n\ncomprehensive Economic Education Act of 1974 pursuant to regulations\n\nwhich the State Board of Education is hereby empowered to\n\npromulgate. Support shall be provided by the state senior colleges\n\nand universities in the preservice preparation of teachers to carry\n\nout the provisions of this act. These institutions of higher\n\neducation are also encouraged to establish formal Economic Education\n\nCenters to assist the common schools with curriculum planning, in-\n\nservice training and further work in the development of\n\ninstructional materials.
