Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.255","heading":"Implementation","body":"In administering this act, the State Board of Education and the\n\nState Department of Education shall be governed by the following:\n\n1. Implement in-service education programs for teachers,\n\nadministrators and other personnel. General guidelines are provided\n\nby the Economic Education Curriculum Guide - K-12, published by the\n\nOklahoma State Department of Education in 1972. Supplementary in-\n\nservice teacher education materials which are based on individual\n\nperformance and designed for use with a minimum of supervision shall\n\nbe developed and made available to all school districts which are\n\nparticipating in this program;\n\n2. Implement provisions of this act in the most expeditious\n\nmanner possible, commensurate with the availability of teaching\n\npersonnel;\n\n3. Implement local school system evaluation of the\n\neffectiveness of the economic education program prescribed by this\n\nact in those school districts participating; and\n\n4.
