Each service center shall provide assistance and training in\n\nanalysis of educational screening to schools within the area which\n\nthe center serves. The service centers shall assist school\n\ndistricts in initiating referrals for comprehensive evaluations for\n\nthe purpose of identifying children who may be eligible for special\n\neducation and related services.\n\nB. Educational screening shall be conducted by the public\n\nschools.\n\nC. The service centers shall conduct evaluations upon referral.\n\nD.
