Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.35","heading":"Penalty - Unauthorized use","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle\n\nbearing a \"Driver Education Training\" tag or \"Private Driver\n\nEducation Training\" tag as provided for in Section 1210.34 of this\n\ntitle on any street, road or highway in this state for any purpose\n\nother than instructing pupils or used in the instruction of teachers\n\nin driver education and training; and upon conviction therefor such\n\nperson shall be punished by a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars\n\n($50.00).
