Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.44","heading":"Unauthorized use of vehicles","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle\n\nbearing a special license plate as provided for in this act on any\n\nstreet, road or highway in this state for any purpose other than in\n\nconnection with any training or maintenance or other similar\n\neducational program or in administering such program; and upon\n\nconviction therefor such person shall be punished by a fine of not\n\nmore than Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
