Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.45","heading":"Lease, sale, donation, etc. of obsolete, surplus or","body":"unneeded machinery, equipment or vehicles.\n\nThe board of county commissioners of any county or the governing\n\nboard of any city or town is hereby authorized, in its discretion\n\nand upon such terms, conditions and for such consideration as it\n\ndeems advisable, to lease, loan, sell or donate any obsolete,\n\nsurplus or unneeded machinery, equipment or motor vehicle which it\n\nmay have to the board of education of any technology center school\n\nor technology center school district for use in connection with any\n\ntraining, maintenance or other similar educational program conducted\n\nby such board of education.
