As used in this title:\n\n1. “Classic Learning Test” or “CLT” means the Classic Learning\n\nTest administered by Classic Learning Initiatives, LLC; and\n\n2. “Testing site” means an independently run testing center\n\noperated by the assessment company and any physical location where\n\nmeans of education are provided including public school districts,\n\ncharter schools, private schools, institutions of higher education\n\nwithin The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, and private\n\ninstitutions of higher education in this state.\n\nB.
