The Department shall provide in-service training for local\n\nschool personnel who administer tests required by the Oklahoma\n\nSchool Testing Program Act, Section 1210.505 et seq. of this title.\n\nB. The Board shall require the company or companies providing\n\ntests required bythe Oklahoma School Testing Program Act, Section\n\n1210.505 et seq. of this title, to submit summary reports of the\n\nresults by school district to the Department and the respective\n\nlocal school district. Individualized results of the test shall be\n\nmade available by the local school district to the classroom\n\nteachers who instruct the students in the academic areas tested.
