Except as otherwise provided for in subsection B of this\n\nsection, no person shall provide any test materials, including but\n\nnot limited to test booklets, administered or intended for\n\nadministration to any student pursuant to the Oklahoma School\n\nTesting Program Act to any teacher employed by any school district\n\nin this state or to any other person providing services to a school\n\nas a test monitor prior to the date on which the test is\n\nadministered to the students.\n\nB. Materials furnished by any company providing tests required\n\nby the Oklahoma School Testing Program Act, Section 1210.505 et seq.\n\nof this title, which are intended to aid teachers, parents or\n\nstudents in the preparation for testing may be provided to students,\n\nteachers or any other person providing service to a school as a test\n\nmonitor.\n\nC.
