Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-104","heading":"Authorization for special classes or individual","body":"instruction for children in institutions.\n\nSpecial classes or individual instruction provided for\n\npretubercular, tubercular, convalescent or other eligible children\n\nwith orthopedic impairment or other health impairments in hospitals,\n\nsanatoriums and preventoriums may be maintained by a school district\n\nin such institutions within or without the boundaries of such\n\ndistrict, and the attendance of pupils therein shall be credited to\n\nthe district providing such instruction.
