The State Board of Education is hereby authorized to\n\nestablish all necessary rules and set the rate of reimbursement for\n\nphysical and occupational therapists, teachers of homebound children\n\nor home-to-school telephone instruction, board and room for\n\ntransferred children with disabilities to attend a special class,\n\ntravel for transporting children with disabilities within or without\n\nthe district, and travel for teachers who are required to travel in\n\nfulfilling the services to children with disabilities in homebound,\n\ncooperative, or county programs for children with disabilities.\n\nB. The State Board of Education may make provisions for\n\nboarding children with disabilities who must be transferred from\n\ntheir home school districts to school districts providing special\n\neducation and related services, but in no case shall the\n\nreimbursement from other state funds for this purpose exceed Four\n\nHundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) per child per year.\n\nC. The State Board of Education may make provisions and\n\npayments therefor from other state funds for the special education\n\nof any child with deaf-blindness, deafness or blindness and a\n\nresident of the state, in any private or public institution, either\n\ninside or outside of the State of Oklahoma, but in no case shall\n\npayment from state funds for such special education and related\n\nservices, including board and room for such child, exceed Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per child per year.\n\nD.
