Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-108.1","heading":"Allocation of funds for the education of homebound","body":"children.\n\nIf funds are appropriated to the State Board of Education for\n\nreimbursement of the costs of educating Homebound Children as\n\nauthorized in Section 13-108 of this title, the funds shall be\n\ndisbursed to school districts through claims filed with the State\n\nBoard of Education.
