Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-111","heading":"Register of children with disabilities - Plan for","body":"delivery of related services.\n\nA. The State Board of Education shall:\n\n1. Maintain a federal child count register of children with\n\ndisabilities as defined by the Individuals with Disabilities\n\nEducation Act (IDEA), P.L. No. 101-476, as may be amended, and the\n\nimplementing federal regulations;\n\n2. Monitor efforts of the local public schools to meet the\n\nneeds of children with disabilities as provided by each such child's\n\nIndividualized Education Program; and\n\n3. Coordinate private and public efforts, including efforts of\n\nagencies of state and local government to meet educational needs of\n\nchildren with disabilities.\n\nB. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices, the State Department of Health, the Department of Human\n\nServices, the State Department of Education, and the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Career and Technology Education shall jointly develop\n\nand implement through interagency memoranda of agreement as\n\nauthorized in the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Section 1001 of Title\n\n74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, a plan for the coordinated delivery of\n\nrelated services to children with disabilities pursuant to the Act\n\nfor Coordination of Special Services to Children and Youth.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d9ecd894b7a806e7a607dd8e64fa6add0b4c6ab457c4727f056440efbe11f6eb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-13-110","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-13-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
