Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-112","heading":"Special education and related services program for","body":"children with visual impairments.\n\nThe State Board of Education is authorized to select school\n\ndistricts in which to establish a special education and related\n\nservices program for children with visual impairments from the first\n\ngrade through the ninth grade.
