Each school district shall provide each parent, guardian or\n\nlegal custodian of a student with an auditory or visual impairment\n\nwith written information during the individual education program\n\nprocess concerning the availability of programs offered by the\n\nOklahoma School for the Blind and the Oklahoma School for the Deaf\n\nfor which the students of the district may be eligible.\n\nB. School districts providing special education services to\n\nstudents with auditory or visual impairments shall develop\n\nprocedures to ensure that staff assigned to work with students have\n\neffective access to resources and information provided by the\n\nOklahoma School for the Blind and the Oklahoma School for the Deaf.\n\nC.
