Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-114.2","heading":"Oklahoma Special Education Assistance Fund -","body":"Eligibility rules and regulations - Application for funds - Funding\n\ndetermination - Reevaluation of funding.\n\nPursuant to rules and regulations established by the State Board\n\nof Education, a local school district serving a child eligible\n\npursuant to Section 13-114.3 of this title, upon application to the\n\nDepartment of Education, may receive funds from the Oklahoma Special\n\nEducation Assistance Fund, which shall be used to educate that\n\nparticular child. The determination whether a school district is\n\neligible to receive funding pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n13-114.1 of this title shall be made by the State Board of\n\nEducation.
