Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-114.4","heading":"Oklahoma Special Education Assistance Fund -","body":"Distribution of funds - Amount of payments.\n\nA. Funds issued from the Oklahoma Special Education Assistance\n\nFund shall be distributed to the local school district in a timely\n\nmanner as determined by the State Board of Education.\n\nB. The amount of any such payments shall be determined as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. Payments made pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection A\n\nof Section 13-114.3 of this title shall be the actual cost of\n\nserving the child as determined by the State Board of Education less\n\nthe funding to be received by the district through the State Aid\n\nFormula, as reduced to include only the number of days the child is\n\nincluded in the district's average daily membership, and any other\n\nfunding received for providing services to the child from another\n\nstate agency;\n\n2.
