Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-115.4","heading":"Rules - Registry of educational interpreters -","body":"Continuing education.\n\nThe State Department of Education shall adopt rules to implement\n\nthe provisions of this act in collaboration with the State\n\nDepartment of Rehabilitation Services. The State Department of\n\nEducation shall:\n\n1. Maintain a registry of individuals who meet the\n\nqualifications as educational interpreters as set forth in this act;\n\nand\n\n2. Establish a system of and requirements for continuing\n\neducation.
