The children eligible for entry into early intervention\n\nservices in the State of Oklahoma shall be infants and toddlers age\n\nbirth through two years (0-36 months) who are developmentally\n\ndelayed. As used in this act \"developmentally delayed\" means\n\nchildren of the chronological age group specified in this section\n\nwho:\n\n1. Exhibit a delay in their developmental age compared to their\n\nchronological age of fifty percent (50%) or score two standard\n\ndeviations below the mean in one of the following areas or in a\n\nsubdomain of one of the following areas: cognitive, physical,\n\ncommunication, social and emotional, or adaptive development;\n\n2. Exhibit a delay in their developmental age compared to their\n\nchronological age of twenty-five percent (25%) or score one and one-\n\nhalf standard deviations below the mean in two or more of the\n\nfollowing areas or in a subdomain of two or more of the following\n\nareas: cognitive, physical, communication, social and emotional, or\n\nadaptive development; or\n\n3. Have a diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a\n\nhigh probability of resulting in delay. This includes, but is not\n\nlimited to: chromosomal disorders, neurological abnormalities,\n\ninborn errors of metabolism, genetic disorders, congenital\n\nmalformation of the brain, congenital infections and sensory\n\nabnormalities and impairments or identified syndromes.\n\nB.
