Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-124.1","heading":"Oklahoma Early Intervention Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Education to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nEarly Intervention Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nthose monies appropriated to the fund by law or deposited in the\n\nfund pursuant to direction or authorization by the joint funding\n\nplan required in Section 13-124 of this title. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the State Department of Education for the\n\npurpose of providing early intervention services to children with\n\ndisabilities in accordance with Part C of the Individuals with\n\nDisabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Oklahoma Early\n\nIntervention Act.
