Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-125","heading":"Contract between State Department of Education and","body":"State Department of Health specifying provision or arrangement of\n\nearly intervention services.\n\nA contract shall be entered into between the State Department of\n\nEducation and the Oklahoma State Department of Health specifying the\n\nprovision or arrangement of early intervention services by the\n\nOklahoma State Department of Health. Such contract shall include,\n\nbut not be limited to:\n\n1. A delineation of individual and shared responsibilities for\n\nplanning, administration and funding, multi-disciplinary\n\nevaluations, development of an individual family service plan,\n\nservice delivery, procedural safeguards and liability of both\n\nagencies;\n\n2. Specification of the numbers and types of personnel to be\n\nprovided under the contract;\n\n3. Provisions to be made by the Oklahoma State Department of\n\nHealth for provision of services not available at a local level and\n\nauthorization to subcontract with other public or private service\n\nproviders; and\n\n4. Specification of all management and indirect costs\n\nassociated with the Oklahoma State Department of Health’s provision\n\nof early intervention services that are authorized for payment under\n\nthe contract. Allowable management costs shall be limited to\n\nitemized early intervention specific travel, dedicated or shared\n\npersonnel and maintenance and operations costs. Indirect costs\n\nshall not exceed those authorized by the indirect cost formula\n\napproved by the State Department of Education for the contract\n\nperiod.
