Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-128","heading":"Data collection and reporting","body":"The data collection requirements concerning children with\n\ndisabilities which are currently utilized by the State Department of\n\nEducation upon the effective date of this act shall also be utilized\n\nto meet the data collection and reporting requirements for the State\n\nof Oklahoma under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities\n\nEducation Act (IDEA). Further, the Oklahoma State Department of\n\nHealth, the Department of Human Services and the Department of\n\nMental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall fulfill the data\n\ncollection and reporting requirements established by the United\n\nStates Department of Education pursuant to Part C of the Individuals\n\nwith Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for early intervention\n\nservices provided by their respective agencies pursuant to the\n\npurposes of the Oklahoma Early Intervention Act.
