Stat. tit. 70, § 70-13-129","heading":"Revision of Oklahoma State Plan for Special Education -","body":"Effective date of services.\n\nA. The Interagency Coordinating Council for Early Childhood\n\nIntervention shall assist the State Department of Education in\n\nrevising the Oklahoma State Plan for Special Education to include\n\nareas addressing requirements under Part C of the Individuals with\n\nDisabilities Education Act (IDEA) necessary for full implementation\n\nof the Oklahoma Early Intervention Act. Such revision shall be\n\ncompleted by April 1, 1990.\n\nB. Contingent upon the enactment of legislation authorizing\n\nimplementation of an annual budget submitted which is based upon a\n\njoint funding plan provided in subsection D of Section 13-124 of\n\nthis title, services in compliance with this act and Part C of the\n\nIndividuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) shall be in\n\neffect no later than July 1, 1990.
