There is hereby created the Education Compact for Students\n\nin State Care Advisory Committee.\n\nB. The advisory committee shall be comprised of three (3)\n\nmembers to be appointed as follows:\n\n1. One member representing the State Department of Education to\n\nbe appointed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n\n2. One member representing the Office of Juvenile Affairs to be\n\nappointed by the Executive Director of the Office of Juvenile\n\nAffairs; and\n\n3. One member representing the Department of Human Services to\n\nbe appointed by the Director of the Department of Human Services.\n\nC. The advisory committee may meet as often as may be required\n\nin order to perform the duties imposed upon it.\n\nD. The meetings of the advisory committee shall be subject to\n\nthe Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.\n\nE.
