To facilitate the on-time graduation of a student who has\n\nbeen placed in state care during the ninth through twelfth grades,\n\nthe student shall be automatically enrolled in the core curriculum,\n\nas set forth in Section 11-103.6 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. However, students who have been accepted into the\n\nOklahoma Higher Learning Access Program pursuant to Section 2601 et\n\nseq. of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be given the\n\nopportunity to complete the program's curricular requirements. The\n\nschool district in which the student is enrolled shall work in\n\ncollaboration with the parent(s), legal guardian(s) or legal\n\ncustodian(s) of the student and the student to determine if he or\n\nshe should complete the college preparatory/work ready curriculum or\n\nthe core curriculum requirements established by Section 11-103.6 of\n\nTitle 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
