There is hereby created the Oklahoma Department of Career\n\nand Technology Education, which shall consist of such divisions,\n\nunits and positions as may be established by the State Board of\n\nCareer and Technology Education. The department shall be under the\n\ncontrol of the State Board of Career and Technology Education, which\n\nshall formulate policies and adopt rules for the administration and\n\noperation of the department.\n\nB. The official name of the state agency which is known as\n\n\"State Department of Vocational and Technical Education\" or the\n\n“Oklahoma Department of Vocational and Technical Education” shall be\n\ndesignated in all future references as the \"Oklahoma Department of\n\nCareer and Technology Education\".
