Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-105","heading":"Courses of instruction and training - State Career-","body":"Technology Fund.\n\nThe Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education may\n\noperate and maintain, or otherwise provide for, courses of\n\ninstruction and training in vocational and technical education\n\ncourses and subjects, and charge students reasonable tuition fees\n\nfor such instruction or training. The fees shall be deposited in a\n\nspecial fund, which is hereby created, to be known as the State\n\nCareer-Technology Fund. The fund may be used to pay expenses\n\nincurred by the Department in operating and maintaining such\n\nclasses, and payment therefrom may be upon vouchers signed by a\n\nperson or persons designated by the State Board of Career and\n\nTechnology Education.
