Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-109","heading":"Technology center school districts - Special building","body":"project account.\n\nA. If required to do so as a prerequisite to the receipt of\n\nfederal funds for a building project, the board of education of a\n\ntechnology center school district may establish a special account to\n\nbe used for payment of the cost of the building project. Federal\n\nand state funds received for the building project may be deposited\n\nin the special account. Monies from the following sources, if\n\navailable for the payment of the cost of the building project, may\n\nalso be deposited in the special account: bond issues, levies for a\n\nbuilding fund under Section 10 of Article X, Oklahoma Constitution\n\nand appropriations for capital outlay in the general fund of the\n\ndistrict.\n\nB. The board of education shall estimate the total amount to be\n\ndeposited in or transferred to the aforesaid building project\n\naccount, and may issue warrants against the account for the payment\n\nof the cost of the building project. The total amount of such\n\nwarrants shall not exceed the estimate of the board of education of\n\nthe total amount to be deposited in or transferred to the account.\n\nIf there shall be an insufficient amount in the building project\n\naccount to pay a warrant, the warrant shall bear interest at a rate\n\nto be fixed by the board of education, not to exceed six percent\n\n(6%) per annum, from the date of issuance until paid.\n\nC. For the purposes of this section, the cost of a building\n\nproject shall include expenditures for sites, for the construction\n\nof buildings, and for equipment, furniture and fixtures.\n\nD.
