Board means the State Board of Career and Technology\n\nEducation;\n\n2. Superintendent means the superintendent of the technology\n\ncenter school designated as the pilot multipurpose service center\n\nfor displaced homemakers;\n\n3. Center means the pilot multipurpose service center for\n\ndisplaced homemakers; and\n\n4. Displaced homemaker means an individual who:\n\na. has worked without pay as a homemaker for his or her\n\nfamily, and who has reached the age of thirty-five\n\n(35) years or older,\n\nb. is not gainfully employed,\n\nc. has had, or would have, difficulty finding employment,\n\nand\n\nd.
