In selecting the site for the center, the Board shall\n\nconsider the following criteria:\n\n1. Accessibility to substantial displaced homemaker population;\n\n2. Suitability of vocational and technical training programs;\n\n3. Availability of child care programs and services;\n\n4. Availability of support services or programs in the\n\ncommunity or surrounding areas; and\n\n5. Accessibility to a variety of educational or training\n\nprograms.\n\nB.
