Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-120","heading":"Center staff - Responsibilities and duties","body":"Center staff shall be responsible for assisting the trainee in\n\nfinding permanent employment. To this end, the superintendent and\n\nthe center staff shall work with the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission and the service delivery areas under the Job Training\n\nPartnership Act of 1982 in the area of the center to secure\n\nemployment for displaced homemakers and/or training stipends for\n\ndisplaced homemakers.\n\nThe center staff and the superintendent shall also work to\n\ndetermine the feasibility and appropriate procedures for allowing\n\ndisplaced homemakers to participate in the following:\n\n1. Programs established under the Job Training Partnership Act\n\nof 1982 29 U.S.C., Section 1501, et seq.;\n\n2. Work incentive programs established under the Federal Social\n\nSecurity Act;\n\n3. Programs established or benefits provided under federal and\n\nstate unemployment compensation laws by consideration of full-time\n\nhomemakers as workers eligible for such benefits or programs;\n\n4. The Federal-State Expanded Unemployment Compensation Act of\n\n1970 26 U.S.C., Section 3304, Note;\n\n5. Title II of the Emergency Jobs and Unemployment Assistance\n\nAct of 1974 26 U.S.C., Section 3304, Note;\n\n6. The Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1974 26\n\nU.S.C., Section 3304, Note; and\n\n7.
