Money management courses, including information and\n\nassistance in dealing with insurance programs, life, health, home\n\nand car, taxes, mortgages, loans and probate problems; and\n\n2. Educational programs, including courses offering credit\n\nthrough higher educational institutions or leading toward a high\n\nschool equivalency degree.
