Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-125.1","heading":"Employees of Stringtown Correctional Center -","body":"Retirement benefits.\n\nEmployees of the Vocational Training Program and School located\n\nat the Stringtown Correctional Center who are members of the\n\nOklahoma Public Employees Retirement System and are being\n\ntransferred from the Department of Human Services to the State Board\n\nof Career and Technology Education shall cease accruing benefits in\n\nthe Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System and shall commence\n\naccruing benefits pursuant to the Teachers' Retirement System on\n\nJuly 1, 1983. On January 1, 1984, the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System shall transfer to the Teachers' Retirement System\n\nthe actual amount contributed to the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System by the state and by each employee of the\n\nVocational Training Program and School located at the Stringtown\n\nCorrectional Center transferring to the Teachers' Retirement System\n\nand the retirement records of those transferring employees.
