Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-126","heading":"Consultant services - Contracts with retired","body":"administrators.\n\nNo administration of a technology center school district shall\n\nenter into a contract for consultant services with any person who\n\nhas retired from employment as an administrator with any technology\n\ncenter school district for two (2) years after the retirement date\n\nof such administrator.
