On July 1, 2014, all powers, duties, functions, and\n\nresponsibilities of the State Board of Education that relate to\n\nadult education shall be transferred to the State Board of Career\n\nand Technology Education. The transfer shall include all equipment,\n\nsupplies, records, assets, current and future liabilities, fund\n\nbalances, encumbrances, obligations, and indebtedness associated\n\nwith the State Board of Education that relate to adult education.\n\nB. Any monies accruing to or in the name of the State Board of\n\nEducation on and after the effective date of this act that relate to\n\nadult education, or any monies that accrue in any funds or accounts\n\nor are maintained for the benefit of the State Board of Education on\n\nand after the effective date of this act that relate to adult\n\neducation shall be transferred to the State Board of Career and\n\nTechnology Education.\n\nC. The State Board of Career and Technology Education shall\n\nsucceed to any contractual rights and responsibilities incurred by\n\nthe State Board of Education.\n\nD.
