The State Board of Career and Technology Education is hereby\n\nauthorized and directed to enter into agreements and to contract for\n\nthe provision of adult education, assessment and other services for\n\ncourses leading to a high school equivalency diploma. Any adult\n\neducation program providing services pursuant to a contract or\n\nsubcontract with the State Board of Career and Technology Education\n\nand receiving funds from the State Board of Career and Technology\n\nEducation or any contractor with the State Board of Career and\n\nTechnology Education shall be subject to the provisions of the\n\nadministrative rules of the State Board of Career and Technology\n\nEducation.\n\nB. The Department of Education and the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCareer and Technology Education shall share the responsibility for\n\nissuing diplomas to those who successfully complete a high school\n\nequivalency test, pursuant to criteria established by the State\n\nBoard of Education.\n\nC.
