Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-133","heading":"Adult Education Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Career and Technology Education to be\n\ndesignated the \"Adult Education Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nconsist of fees paid to the Board for the oversight and management\n\nof the high school equivalency test as administered by the Board\n\npursuant to law. The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall be under the control\n\nand management of the administrative authority of the State Board of\n\nCareer and Technology Education.
