Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-141","heading":"Oklahoma National Guard CareerTech Assistance Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Career and Technology Education to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma National Guard CareerTech Assistance\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the State Board of Career and Technology Education from state\n\nappropriations provided for the purpose of implementing the\n\nprovisions of Section 1 of this act. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the State Board of Career and Technology Education for\n\nthe purpose of providing assistance to eligible Guard members\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 1 of this act.
